The contribution presents the results of the activities carried out as a Expert in Museography for the APER project, which included the elaboration of a Musealisation hypothesis for the Domus IA-IB of the Hellenistic-Roman quarter located in Agrigento, i.e. the definition of intervention lines to be applied in an outdoor context to help the general public understand the archaeological site concerned to. The selected museographic strategies correspond to true forms of museal memorisation, aimed at knowing how to transmit the interpretation of an ancient context and its significance to a non-specialist public. Intervention on archaeological sites requires a multicriteria approach, which does not lend itself to providing solutions of a general nature so much as solutions linked to the individual case at hand and to the comparison of the interventions involved in the creation of a museum-like context for them. La valorizzazione dei sito archeologico del quartiere ellenistico-romano di Agrigento, in Sicilia, e dei siti di Utique e Kerkouane, in Tunisia, è uno degli obiettivi del Progetto APER. Questo obiettivo può essere raggiunto attraverso un exhibition project, avvalendosi di competenze specifiche. Uno degli aspetti inclusi nelle azioni del progetto APER è la capacità di comunicare il valore materiale e immateriale delle rovine dell'edilizia residenziale del periodo ellenistico-romano ad una vasto pubblico. Il contributo analizza la disciplina concernente le regole per impugnare. Dopo un inquadramento sistematico delle impugnazioni penali, ci si sofferma sui principi, con particolare riguardo alla tassatività, all'interesse a impugnare alla legittimazione e alla unicità dell'impugnazione. Quindi vengono analizzati gli aspetti formali dell'atto di impugnazione: forma termini luogo e modo di presentazione. Viene prestata particolare attenzione alle novità introdotte dalla c.d.
